While working as a CEO for impact-driven growth companies, Anna faced the common challenges for healthy business growth. Inspired by her passion for circularity, nature, and creative systems thinking, she started comparing business functions to natural systems. One night she woke up with a magic word and business innovation in her mind — Abraca! Translating natural growth laws into the business context offered a holistic management recipe that could solve the conflicts between sustainability and scalability. We want to enable fellow leaders to manage like natural born magicians: intuitively and regeneratively.
